NGL Market Information Committee
This committee does not generate or compile primary industry statistics, but works very closely with the Energy Information Administration of the U.S. Department of Energy and the American Petroleum Institute in assuring the compilation and timely publication of useful statistical data on natural gas liquids production, consumption, and inventories
- Publishes a biennial compilation of underground storage capacity and NGL import terminal facilities
- Cooperatively (with the API and NPGA) sponsors publication of the annual statistical series "Sales of Natural Gas Liquids Refinery Gases"
- Members with appropriate job responsibilities and/or expertise either volunteer or are assigned by a member company
- Meets twice per year, in conjunction with the GPA Convention and in the fall
